This isn’t just about managing emotions — it’s about getting to know the parts of you that carry them.

In this one-on-one coaching experience, we gently combine the power of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) with the transformative lens of Internal Family Systems (IFS). Together, we explore the patterns, beliefs, and protective parts that shape how you respond to life — especially in your relationships, parenting, and sense of self.

IFS is based on the understanding that the mind is naturally made up of multiple “parts,” each carrying its own emotions, thoughts, and roles — often shaped by past experiences. Some parts protect, some carry pain, and some try to keep you safe. At the core of it all is your Self — a calm, compassionate, wise presence within you. When you connect with your Self, true healing begins.

This space is for you if you're ready to:

  • Build a compassionate relationship with the different “parts” within you.

  • Develop emotional awareness without judgment.

  • Release patterns that no longer serve you.

IFS-informed EQ coaching helps you see that your reactions are not who you are — they are parts of you doing their best to protect you. And when we meet them with curiosity, we create space for transformation.

How It Works:

1. We begin with presence.
Each session starts with grounding, helping you slow down and notice what’s showing up for you emotionally and physically.

2. We explore with curiosity.
Together, we gently turn inward — identifying emotional patterns and the “parts” of you that are activated in certain moments. No fixing. No judgment. Just curiosity.

3. We build inner relationships.
Using the IFS-informed approach, you’ll learn how to listen to these parts, understand their roles, and begin to relate to them from your calm, compassionate Self.

4. We integrate and grow.
As trust builds inside, you’ll start to experience more clarity, emotional space, and the ability to respond (not react) to life’s challenges.

This isn’t a quick fix — it’s a gentle, continuous journey inward. We move at your pace, one layer at a time.

Pricing:

An Ongoing Journey (4 Sessions at a Time)
We begin with 4 sessions — a grounded and supportive space to start getting to know your inner system, build emotional awareness, and begin the healing process.
Your journey continues in cycles of 4, at your own pace, for as long as you feel called to go deeper.
Investment: 125 JD per 4-session cycle

Sessions are held online, in a safe, non-judgmental space.
Between sessions, you’ll receive WhatsApp support to help you integrate what arises and stay connected to the work.
